After working for Dow Chemical as an analytical chemist in college, Stage Polymers CEO Mike Ryan spent spent over 20 years in PP and PE working for Himont(Basell), Lyondell, and Equistar. Mike has enjoyed customer facing responsibilities such as: selling, optimizing product lines, developing pricing strategies, marketing new products, and negotiating contracts. In 2003 he earned his MBA and has done cost and financial analysis identifying key drivers of earnings for chemical and polymer businesses.
